Delivery

Delivery is available only within our nominated delivery areas.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Delivery dates and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Ownership and responsibility for products transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the customer's delivery location and are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders of $40 or more qualify for free delivery, where available.

Food Storage

Our meals must be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon delivery and stored in accordance with the instructions provided.

XChef cannot accept responsibility for product quality where storage instructions have not been followed.
